Les Borsai, Co-founder of Wave Digital Assets, will join New Hampshire Representative Keith Ammon, sponsor of the first law authorizing the investment of a portion of the state’s public funds in crypto assets, for a forward-looking conversation on how digital assets are transforming public finance. The discussion will explore how traditional markets and state investment vehicles, including pension funds, are beginning to embrace innovative financial instruments such as President Trump’s executive order enabling crypto investments, as well as emerging opportunities like BTC-backed bonds -- a new debt market for state and public sector financing. Additional topics will include the wave of state-level legislation supporting crypto investments, law enforcement seizures of digital assets, and the reallocation of unclaimed crypto into public funds, with insights spanning U.S. states, the Federal Government, and international markets.

In this fireside chat, Dr. Tillemann and Michael Casey explore what a "Live Free or Die" approach to AI could look like—one that protects civil liberties, ensures transparency, and builds verifiable, decentralized systems grounded in constitutional values.
